Bad service

Hi there,

I've been trying to contact Volkswagen Claremont with regards to my vehicle that has been there the entire day, It went in for radio repairs and I still haven't received any feedback as to what's happening . I was told it would be ready at 5 today. No one has called me as yet. My service provider name is Zukile ...buses are striking tomorrow and u will not have transportation to work, I have called Volkswagen claremont twice a few minutes ago.
