bad service

I took my car to VW Arcadia because it had a problem with the Alarm ringing while the key is on the ignition and other things but my big problem with VW Arcadia is with the technician called Eric, He said he fixed everything is fine only to find out that my car alarm is not working at all. I do not know if he switched off the alarm completely or what and second thing is that he did not return the engen cover, now my Engen is too dirty and i am no longer feeling save driving that car because i do not trust if He really returned everything the way it was before and now i do not have time to go back to the Vw Arcadia because i have lot of job do to. I want my car alarm fixed and my Engen cover returned into my car. I do not care how are they going to do it but tomorrow they will find me at my job place. I just want my car fixed before end of business day(Monday). This car is still new, i got it in june
