Bad Service

On the 13 February 2015 I brought my car in for a scheduled service.<br> <br> I was welcomed by Jaco who the car inspection.<br> <br> While he was busy I unpacked the boot where I had 4 brand new kids cloths with tags.<br> <br> In the office I was assisted by Gary with the booking-in process.<br> After 14h00 a driver fetched me to collect my car.<br> <br> After making payment Manfred walked to my car.<br> I checked the boot to see whether my belongings were still intact.<br> Unfortunately I discovered that a pair of black jeans was missing<br> He suspected the carwash crew and he promised to report my loss.<br> At about 15h15 I called VW where the receptionist who transferred the call to Jaco.<br> <br> Jaco said he would check the cameras.<br> When I called him at 16h30 he said was he said he was still downloading form the cameras.<br> On Monday, 16/02/2015 I called Jaco after 10H00 he said he still downloading AND he will call me during lunch time of which he did not.<br> Jaco only responded today after sending him an email copying other people on it.<br> He says he did not see ony one removing anything on my car. All I want is the footage showing what he says because I am definately sure the jeans were removed were ******.
