Bad service

I have been a VW fan for the past 13 years. I took my car in because it had a bad coming from the front wheels, left the car there for the whole day. They called and said they can't hear anything, I went to them and asked for a technician to drive with me and all of a sudden they could hear it. They changed what they thought would be the problem. While driving home that day from the dealership I could immediately hear something else was wrong. I called them, they told me that they drove the car and nothing was wrong, even their quality control department drove the car and the car was 109% according to them. Again, I went there, drove with 1 of their technicians and immediately he could hear something was wrong. I am disgusted by the service I received from VW KLERKSDORP.
