Bad service

<p>i recently bought a brand new UP! from vw fourways, the sales guy David Schubbe misinformed and sold me a car without the drivers pack.David made it seem like the car comes standard with the drivers pack. I took delivery and signed for the vehicle thinking its all there. after that evening i realised there was no drivers pack and asked david and he just brushed it off by saying no it is not there. After fighting with him and his manager fernando who both have terrible attitudes they agreed to fit the cruise control only. Got that fitted and its an aftermarket part in a brand new car which they do not one to take accountability for. Today the 31st of may the license permit expires and i still havent received the number plates for the car or the gift that was promised from VW. It just shows that once u sign the papers they no longer give a SH*T. I will never recommend anyone buying from VW again!!! I cant believe i signed the papers for a brand new car with missing extras and being ******** in to a sale by the sales rep and terrible attitude from the dealer manager! please stay away from VW!</p>
