bad service

<p>VW does not care about their clients. 1st they made the wrong diagnosis and made me wait for my car until 7 pm while they were fixing what they thought was the problem. Then I get told that I cant take the car because its not fixed yet, this was three weeks ago. No one calls to give me an update and when I call them my calls dont get answered. Almost a month now without a car. I am struggling to get to work whilst people are being paid to undermine their clients nxa!</p>
