Bad service

<p>I took my car in late September for a noise I heard on the front brakes. The technician advised me that he could not hear the noise. I collected my car that day and returned the next day. He drove with me and only then heard the noise I was talking about. They cleaned the discs and calipers that day and aI collected the car that afternoon. I returned the following day again with the same problem. The technician then advised that the pads and discs should be replaced. This was done around the 4th of October, if I am not mistaken. <br /> <br />The noise returned about a week or so later but I only managed to take the car in again early November due to work commitments. I then followed the same routine (Technician not hearing the noise and then cleaned discs and calipers). The noise returned a day later. The car was booked in on the 5th of Dec for a report to be done so that it can be sent to the factory for assessment. It is now the 14th and no one has given me feedback since. This is totally unacceptable!</p>
