Bad service
<p><span style="font-size: 28px;">Dear sir/mam</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 28px;"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 28px;">My name is Paul van Jaarsveld.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 28px;">On the 15 June 2016 my car a 2013 vw polo vivo broke down.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 28px;">I took it to Gateway VW here in Carletonville to be fixed.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 28px;">It was a heavy costly repair of R9600.After i received my car back from them,i started to see that my car was starting to leak oil.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 28px;">On the 21 July i took it back to the dealer ship,and they said they will fix the problem. I received my car back that afternoon and they told me they fixed the problem. The next morning 22 July,it was still leaking oil and i took it back to them.That afternoon they phoned me and told me i can fetch my car,they fixed it again. The next morning 23 July i drove to town,and it started leaking again.It leaked so bad that there was smoking coming out of the engine compartment.I took it back to them they had a look at it and started to tightened some of the bolts. They tightened it so hard that they broke a bolt of in the engine block.They told me they cant do anything futher because it is weekend and i must take my car and come back on Monday.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 28px;">I took it back on Monday 25 July and it was standing there until Wednesday 27 July.They phoned me that afternoon and said i can fetch my car they fixed everything.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 28px;"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 28px;">On Wednesday 4 August it started leaking again heavily. I took it back again.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 28px;">After a huge argument with the mechanic yesterday he said he can't find the leak and he just going to wash the engine and idle the car for a couple of min then i can take my car today.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 28px;"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 28px;">On Thursday, i comunicated With Dieyana Brood from VW SA.She arranged that i go and speak to the Principal at the dealership Mr Mohammad Kaloo.He then called in his mechanic who worked on my car,and he said he checked the car and that he will give me a guarantee in his own writing that the car is fine now and not leaking oil.He will idle it for 20 min and we can both go and inspect the car.We went to my car after the 20 min and the car was leaking oil again at the sump and the timing chain gasket as well what it looks like from the cylinder head.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 28px;"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 28px;">Today is Friday the 12 of August and i didn't hear a word from them.My car is now again there for a week now and still not fixed.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 28px;"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 28px;">I dont know what to do with them anymore.
