Bad Service

<p>On the 4/August/ 2016, I took my Golf 7 for a 60000 service. Today after work I tried opening the glovebox, to my shock the rollback mechanism was not there as it was just falling. I took the car back Hester told me to wait only to be told by the technician that they have no replacement on stock. Upon asking when will they get one he did not know either. Now I'm sitting with a glovebox that's substandard, this is so pathetic. I bought the car brand new.</p>
