bad service

took my 2014 golf 7 gti to upington vw for a service in April 2015.at the dealership ive asked them to update my sat nav.check my 1 touch on my driver window.a knocking sound when i turn left and right and that my clucth was slipping sometimes.they told me they dont have software to update the sat nav.when i went to get my car they told me theres nothing wrong with clutch and they dont hear the knocking sound but the other things they fixed.i told them it cant be i went to my car started it and turned the steering and the sound was there went back in and told them to get the technician.he told me its the shock bearings all of a sudden.replaced the shock bearings and still does the same now im waiting for a master technician from bloem to come see whats wrong as they dont know sh*t but when i got home i realized my whole car was reset and my settings are out and my music on the jukebox is gone all gone.my driver 1 touch is still not right.clutch is still slipping and my car is still knocking the guys from upington know nothing about cars and im starting to think its my last vw cause of bad service
