bad service

Good day, I am really unhappy with the service I receive from vw polokwane. My car is there today for a week now, for warranty repairs. I get no updates from them regarding my vehicle. At one stage that I did get hold of them, they haven't started with my vehicle and also didn't know where my vehicle was. I have complaint to the dealer principle, vw polokwane service centre and vw sa now twice and non of the above even bothered to contact me. I further asked that they must please assist me with a courtesy car as my vehicle is in their possession and almost nothing has been done on the vehicle. Also no response. I really find this unacceptable as I need use of my vehicle on a daily basis for work. And I am now stuck
