Bad service

I have been experiencing gearbox an clutch problems with my polo.its a 2019 model I bought it in 2020september.beginning of last year I had a breakdown because of the clutch I have been driving a polo for over 6 years and I cannot damage a clutch because bad driving.i took the car to vw braamfontein they said warranty doesn’t cover clutch I paid almost 15k ,4 months later same problem I paid.4 months later again they said it’s the gearbox they fixed it last year December they covered the cost.,now 5 months later the same problem they want me to pay.i can’t keep coughing out 15k every month and the car is posing a huge rust.the guys at vw sa have no sense of urgency they don’t assist in anything they refer me to the delearship I’m very disappointed with their level of service and ready to take them to the ombudsman.if hey replaced a part in the car and the problem still persists then it’s evidend there is a manufacturing problem with it and no one wants to account 🥺
