BAD SALES SERVICE

<p>I agree to buy a car from Piet Kruger from Master Cars. Piet marked the car as sold, put new front tyres on,had the car valant and had the car serviced . Piet kept me updated with the work done to get the car ready for me.Piet also assisted me to get a cash buyer for my car.</p> <p>I went in on Saterday and app**** for the loan at Klerksdorp Volkswagen. Yvonne Roos assisted me with the application. Two banks approved the loan. I informed Yvonne that I will wait for the other two banks approvel,to get the lowest interest rate. Yvonne also had to wait for two payslips from me. I informed her that it will take a day or two.</p> <p>Yvonne phoned me on Tuesday and informed me that they had a cash buyer for the car. I informed her that I am buying the car and that I have received my payslips and will email it to her the same afternoon.</p> <p>On Wednesday Piet phoned me and said that he is very sorry and upset ,that they had sold the car while he was on training althought everyone including the other sales person that works with Piet knew that I wanted to buy the car. Piet offered me two other cars which I declined. I told Piet that I had already started getting qoutations for insurance for the new car.</p>
