BAD REVIEW VW THE GLEN

My name is Tyron Van Rooyen and I would like to warn all about VW THE GLEN. I bought my vw polo vivo brand new last year September and since then I have been back to VW THE GLEN 6 TIMES for the same issue regarding my aircon. The aircon once turned on comes out with a horrific smell and the first time the car went in for this issue it only had 5000km on it and VW Suggested that it only needed a regas.. My car then had to go in a second time were they suggested a bacteria bomb.. which did absolutely nothing but stink my car out.. In total there were two bacteria bombs done.. My car then went in a forth time where I told them to change the pollen filter.. The service consultant at the time "Priya'' said to me that they did change the pollen filter but later when the car was bought in the 5th time it was discovered that it was infact not changed.. While on this topic VW THE GLEN DID NOT GIVE ME ANY PAPERWORK TO SAY THAT THEY WORKED ON MY CAR AND ON THE 6 TIME THE CAR WENT IN THE POLLEN FILTER WAS CHANGED BUT THEY DID NOT STAMP OR WRITE IT DOWN IN MY SERVICE BOOK.. I URGE EVERYONE TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM VW THE GLEN AS THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO SELL YOU A CAR BUT WHEN SOMETHING HAPPENS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL. I have heard from many others after my horrific customer service that VW THE GLEN that they have experienced the same bad service from them.
