BAD PERSONNEL AND CARE-LESS MANAGEMENT

On Friday 10-July-2015 my car gave me problems on my way to work. I decided to call my insurance to tow the car to the nearest VW dealership. Unfortunately there were too many personal belongings in the car and I couldn't take everything with me. Unfortunately it happened that there was a cologne at the backseat which I forgot to take. Well I thought that since I've been to VW dealerships and I've never lost anything I thought I would trust the guys from VW Strijdom Park. Little did I know that the valet guys are gonna search my car for valuables not to mentioned drinking my 5L wine to almost empty. Well wine is just wine I don't care but the fact that they took something that does not belong to them and on top of that I report the matter to management and the same management is protecting them. I will never ever take my car to VW Stridjom Park. Management there promotes unacceptable behaviours.
