Bad Pathetic Service Tavcor George

I bought a car from this VW dealership (Tavcor George) in the month of September 2018, on the day I went to collect my vehicle I realised that my tyres had flat spots and produced a very irritating ride. I took the car back to the dealership that same day and was promised 4 brand new tyres. The vehicle was fitted with Bridgestone tyres when I bought it and upon instructions from the dealership after two weeks I had to take the car to Supa Quick in Knysna Road George. They were instructed to fit Pace tyres, a name I'm unfami**** with and these tyres costs 50% less than the bridgestones I have on the car. Called the Sales Manager for Master cars department in George and he was adamant that they will not replace the tyres with same/similar tyres. Lodged a complaint with the CEO and Dealer principal and received a call from the sales person today 15/10/2018. They refuse to replace the tyres with a same/similar brand as there is according to them nothing wrong with the cheaper brand. The Sales Manager told me on Friday 12 October 2018 two weeks after their initial promise that I must be grateful they are even offering me new tyres. I traded my Golf VI GTI and was told last Friday for the first time that my previous car's tyres also mysteriously had flat spots? Conveniently now after two weeks I get this information? Is this how VW SA treats their customers? Do I dragg this company's reputation through the mud because of one or two individuals who haven't got a slightest idea what customer service means? Do I choose another brand in cars after 12 faithful years of dedication and pride in this brand?
