Bad handling of car and no accountability

I took my car for service on the 19 May with no crack on wind screen, came back with crack going up in the middle. Have been calling and sent email with no assistance.

Is this how I get thank you after been loyal to VW?

I need manager to call me as lady by the name Shareen never return my calls and bad service.
