Bad experience with vw 2018 polo

I’m driving a 2018 polo tsi , I bought it in 2018 , within a year a had a problem with a gear box , I took it to vw in kempton Park and they said I must pay for it to be fixed , I payed 15000 . And after few days I went back to complain that my car was not fixed properly, they said the car is fine , then I took my car for service in vw Arcadia, they told me that there’s something wrong with my clutch, and apparently lot of people had issues with the same car which was done free for them , now my car broke down again while I have been telling them that something is wrong with this car , this cars have gear or clutch problems, and they are making it as if it’s my fault, I have been driving since 2010, I have never had issues with other cars , this have stress me so much , I go to work 3 o’clock in the morning, I don’t even have transport to go to work now .
