Bad experience

I bought a T cross for my wife, the car started giving her problems even before the first service of 15k, overhearing, it was fixed, it is now on 40k, it’s burn the plugs, I had to pay to fix it while under warranty, I drove several vw cars, never got such problem on a brand new car. The car now is giving lots of warnings. Did I make a mistake for choosing the brand we all trusted?
