Complain against BP garage in Mhluzi AND VW MCCARTHY MIDDLEBURG

MPhindile MSlindile put petrol in car instead of Diesel The car couldn't start after that problem. Sam Mahlangu the manager at BPadvise me to bring the car so that they can fix the problem of which I'm still waiting for the kombi. On Sunday 28 May they took the car to their mechanic drain the petrol and put diesel. The kombi wasn't well since petrol damage some of components from the kombi.

On 2 June they took the car to VW McCarthy Middleburg for diagnostic and fix the problem. On 17 June 2023 the CEO from BP Nhlanhla Madalane call me that VW McCarthy Middleburg can't diagonis the kombi since it wasn't starting. I have to fix the starter of which I did on the 20 June 2023 no matter it was not my fault.

On 21 June I took the starter back to VW McCarthy Middleburg. On 22Jume 2023 I call VW to check is the diagonis but to my surprise they still could not start the car. I ask permission from Sam Mahlangu from VW McCarthy Middleburg to bring my own machanic to start the kombi of which I managed to start the kombi.

I received races attack Gert Louw Service Manager from VW McCarthy Middleburg that I must took my car an vokof. He doesn't want to help with diagonis and fix the problem. Get gave me buremag attitude an make me feel stupid. The was nothing wrong with the starter and he couldn't start the kombi. I was helping him to speed up the process since I need my car soon. He attack me in front of Sam Mahlangu client service manager from VW McCarthy VW. Till today I don't understand why he attacked me while I was trying to help... I call VW SA to lounge a complain Ref ***. Job card VR001014

The whole problem is now cost me money now because I use the Kombi to transport the kidz to school. I have to hire a kombi from my uncle Taxi boss R100 per trip of which it's R200 per day. Uncle want the money cash no skolodo. This is really problem for me. I need my kombi back 100% from BP garage and take full responsibility of the problem and have my kombi in a week

I want VW McCarthy Middleburg to do a full diagnostic and fix my my kombi 100% I want them to get rid of races staff in the branch

I need time frame, when will I get my kombi 100% an will I get assistance with problem I'm facing. My uncle an my family wants answers of which I don't have.
