Bad Customer service from McCarty VW Arcadia

I trade in my car last year may 2017 at VW Acardia Pretoria where I was told my previous car has been settled by them after the submission of necessary documentation, 6months late Jan 2018 I have received notification that the previous car has not been settled and my Name has been handed to lawyers (debt collectors). It is a shame and discouraging that a big company like VW will be so *********** and not showing concern where I have spent the whole day on Wednesday 31 Jan 2018 at their branch in Arcadia Pretoria only to get this response from the sales manager"we busy looking in to It, will give you a call" VW Acardia don't care about their Customer from what I'm experiencing because now my Name has been submitted to debt collectors due to lack of integrity, ***********, bad Customer service and lack of people orientation and respect from VW Arcadia Pretoria.
