Bad customer service

Kindly note that i'm typing this complain with anger, i was sold lies by Mastercars Gezina, i was told lies from the beginning of the purchase , my car is a month old, of which i didn't even have the chance to choose the car that i want myself, the consultant made decisions for me and gave me a car that he wanted out of the dealer, taking advantage that im a woman and i don't know how these things work, i don't like my car, i was forced to take it, he even told me im going to start paying in January, now this is the reason i took the car coz i knew very well that in december i wont get a full salary and now i got an sms confirming that my debit order is due in december, i told him i dont want this car and he told that it is the only car i qualify for, but what puzzles me is that this car is more expensive than the amount we agreed upon, and the bank doesn't approve a car it approves an amount and the dealer is supposed to ask me which car i want, so that makes me more curious why he wanted this car out of the way, still today waiting for the the papers of this car , i wasn't even shown the history of this car, all these things that i know now that i didn't know then when i purchased the car i was told by my lawyer, so now since well i can't even pay for something that i don't even likes for years, i have decided i don't want it because i have been telling him im not happy with the car, but all he ever wanted was a sale , i want to exchange to something lower or to cancel
