Bad customer service

In October 2020 my Golf tsi just stuck on the road without moving, I called VW roadside they towed my car on a Saturday and it was taken to the dealer on Monday. The VW roadside towing services dented my car and I was told that my car had a won out clutch by the dealer which will not be covered by warranty so I had R17 700 quote to fix it. I'm still frustrated to this day because I had to pay R3 400 for VW to diagnose my car to find the clutch issue which was not covered by warranty, paid to fix my clutch then after so much amount I still have a dent that their towing services are giving me a run around to fix, its been 4 months now of follow ups without anything positive. I will never recommend VW to anyone as they dont care about their customers instead its a headache to deal with them.
