Bad customer service!

I have not even been part pf this family for 6 months yet I am already experiencing tye worst after sales service.

Car was towed Monday night after it was taken in for service last week Thursday. I was not sent any information about my car till lunch time the next day.

Today I stilp do not have the car and I am the one who has had to call in enquire but service advisors always unavailable.

I called about a courtesy car but got attitude instead. I am so disappointed that I still have to be a part of this family for any longer.

I will never again.
