Bad customer service

I had made an appointment with a guy named Mack early in the morning to have a look at my car and he agreed that i could come at 14:30 the afternoon. When i got there staff kept telling me his coming or he will be with me shortly, i sat there for 30 min waiting. A lady asked if she got help me and i told her im waiting for Mack and she went to look for him and just went back to her desk and worked without giving me any response.

Everyone at the service station just worked and never bothered to help. If this is how they treat their clients it is pathetic and very poor service to make customers wait.
