Bad customer service

I phoned VW yesterday about my car Radio wanting them just to remove the radio for me or just give me assistance on how to remove it wihout breaking anything..... I Was told someone will give a call back and gave my contact info and I'm still waiting for a response and I Phoned just after 9 Yesterday.... It's not just the Cars thats going backwards but the customer service is just as bad
