Bad customer experience

I must say that i am very disappointed with the service i am getting at VW Constantia Kloof Rooderpoort, Took my car in a few weeks ago for sound that came from the wheel they did a rush Job on the car that when it came back it had a leak and was told a component was not placed correctly a week later the car had an esp sign and didn't have power.. they took car in again i have been so inconvenience for over a week no agency in getting the part or offering alternative transport. i use that car for work and school 2 weeks now i don't have any means of transport.
