Bad bad service

I have actually lost count of how much this company owes me . 1st my car was having problems and Rustenburg branch failed to assist me and i wrote to them ,at the end my car was fixed and I was promised R1000 voucher for the inconvinience ,that till today i am waiting for ,2nd I had a road site emergency and my 2 year old was locked inside the car ,they adviced that i break the window and still today i am waiting on the refund of the invoice I sent to them.
