1. in terms of communication I found the delaers very unprofessional<br> 2. when raising concerns in seeking clarity on matters , the person / s were very abratue and rude.<br> 3. secondly vw hatfield braamfontein informed me that referral / spottess fee is not entitle to people which is confling from the previous branches used and contra to what their staff members mentioned. <br> <br> I would not recommend anyone to utilized this branch as this was not our first encounter.
