Bad attitude

I had my car serviced at Rola Volkswagen Herm****.Arranging with them for the extension of the vehicle's warranty, I informed them about the quotation I received from Volkswagen head-office.<br> In return they offered me another warranty, which was different from the one I initially received.It was less expensive and therefore I posed the question whether it was the same as the one that I initially got<br> from head-office.Reno Botes rep**** that there is no difference and that the quotation I got from Volkswagen head-office was quoted according to old prices.I wasn't informed about all the other<br> warranties that were offered at other dealerships around the country.As we returned back home after the holidays I received a call from Mr Reno Botes today, asking me when the EFT for the warranty will be done.<br> I rep**** that we decided on taking out the warranty that head-office initially offered us.Much better coverage.Without saying good bye, he hung up and I was left speechless and extremely disappointed.I doubt whether<br> I will ever by a product from Volkswagen again.I expected better treatment from the F.N.I which in this case also is the sales manager of the dealership.
