Bad Attitude

<p>About two months ago my vehicle went in for service at Hatfield VW Rivonia, on 27/11/16 while filling up the diesel at a service station the fuel attendent checked the oil level, and only to find out that the oil level was extremely low. Today 28/11/16 - I drove to Hatfield VW Rivonia to tell them that oil is low and it needs to be topped up, they had the odasity to charge me for oil top up - while two months ago I paid them R3000 for vehicle service. I believe the oil was never topped up the right level in the first place and now they want me to pay for more oil.</p>
