Bad after service

Disappointed with after sales service. Golf GTI 7 (20k on clock) - handbrake not releasing. Car towed by VW roadside assist but no courtesy vehicle available. 4 courtesy cars that the Glen has 'are all occupied - sorry'. Surely they should then hire in a courtesy car to minimize the issue of my new car breaking down?
