Awful service from be I am very unpleased

I had a terrible experience with vw south coast. My car batttery died on 19 July they took in the car and charged it and told me that there was nothing wrong with the battery yesterday my battery died again last night and when I called roadside assist the technician told me there’s nothing he can do at that hour whereas previous time the technician took in the car to charge it and they took the car again this morning and now I am inconvenienced because they didn’t have enough time to charge the battery and I have to travel with my car this weekend’s and now I am without a car because they don’t even open tomorrow.
