Avoid Volkswagen at ALL Costs!!!

<p>After numerous letters to VW SA and after weeks eventually receiving a negative reply from "The office of the Managing Director" I have decided that I will never buy a VW again. Refusal to inter alia replace wiperblades on my CC, that cost R900 (Yes, no mistake R900), under a VW motorplan, that has allegedly expired, is utter ******* with so many other good makes of vehicles to choose from. And the VW dealership, who wrote in my vehicle's service book that my car had to be serviced again during March 2016, is not brought to book by VWSA. Bottom line, I took my vehicle for its final service during the month prescribed by a VW dealership and now VW refuse any claims under the maintenance plan "because it expired during February 2016, a few days earlier". We have 2 Volkswagen vehicles but they are the last Volkswagens we will ever buy, Managing Director of VWSA, you have my word on it!!!</p>
