Autohaus Centurion VW

I purchase a car from Autohaus Centurion VW. The car has issues and was communicate to the sales department & VW Finance Manager Marcel. My car was with them for 2 weeks and problems have been resolved. My concern is that the repair cost of R36 000 are going off my warranty policy while these were issues that were pre-existing before I took ownership of the car.

I have sent numerous emails to Prince - Manager, Kagiso - Sales rep, Marcel - FM & Ferdi - Tech support and no one has bothered to respond to my email as to why I am liable for these repairs.
