Audi: Awesome brand - worst customer service.

Received offer via SMS to book vehicle for a service with ZERO labour charge. Once service was booked & vehicle taken to the dealership the offer was disputed. The supposed manager: MARCO ALBERTS refuses to take calls & simply ignores messages. Why make the offer and accept the booking in the first place? It is highly unprofessional to refuse to take a call & coach staff with all kinds of lies - is this what customer service has become?
