Atrocious After Sales Service

<p>This has now come to a point where we myself and fiance' dont know what to do. 2015 we purchased a car at Worcester Volkswagen. We have now found out that there was never insurance on the car but we signed the agreement for insurance and with the installment being so high we did not even realise that there was no insurance included with the package until we tried to claim for the 1st time. This being a new car we dont even know how it is at all possible that the car could even leave the floor without insurance in place.We have contacted volkswagen dealers all over Cape Town but at the end it just reaches a point where sales consultants and those who are supposed to help never come back to us and even start ignoring us. Now Volkswagen is passing the buck and saying that the finance was provided by MFC and that they have no affiliation with them. The car was bought a volkswagen dealership how is it possible that the have no affiliation. Really now. We are really tired and our next step is the onbudsman because at the moment we are lost.</p>
