Application for a car

I app**** for a car from a website called [URL Removed] saw at VW they had a special on a Polo TSI app**** with my husbands details. I stated on the application form that i would buy the car on my name but my husband will be the one driving it since i don't have a drivers licence and my husband is unemployed. Then i man called Regis called my husband to come and check out the car that was advertised on the website, we did the paperwork and the man kept telling us that the car would be approved no problem but now all of a sudden they tell us we are not approved they keep sending us from pillar to post.
