Appalling Service

<p>I had taken my car into Alpine VW in Pinetown Durban on 21st December 2016 for a bad smelling aircon and was advised that the pollen filter needs to be changed. I was then informed that in order to do this I would need to make a service booking, of which then I was informed that the pollen filter may only be changed at the 30 000km service. My car is approximately 2800km from it’s next service which is the 30 000km service. Now I have been informed that I cannot make a booking for the 30 000km service as it is too early.</p> <p>This is appalling service from Alpine VW Pinetown. My 2 children have thrown up twice in the car because of the smell.</p> <p>Why can’t the pollen filter be changed? Maybe it is time to change car brands as Toyota is accommodating in this regard.</p>
