Appalled by VW Customer Service

Highly disappointed with VW customer service,on the 21 Dec 19 ,I had booked my car in for its first service at the VW Lenasia Dealership,later that afternoon on my way to a family function we had a break down (the vehicle was unable to start).Roadside assistance assisted with towing the vehicle to the dealership and taking us back home. My car was parked in the open no shelter for protection and handed over to the security guard. unfortunately the dealership is closed over the weekend and will only assist you on Monday - no contingency plans The customer care line is not operated during weekends so forget about it,you don't exist over the weekend. No courtesy car was offered the weekend or the Monday ,its your problem no longer VW,however my car was in perfect condition before it went for the service. VW takes no responsibility or try to ease the situation by offering a courtesy vehicle ,customer service is lacking and contingency plans should be effective over the weekend.
