Amazing Service

<p>Just over a month ago someone tried to ***** my car and the ignition was damaged. A new one had to be ordered from Germany which I was told could take up to 3 weeks. I was then told it could take 2 to 5 days at the dealership for the keys to be encoded once new ignition locks etc are installed. There were many delays initially between the insurance and panels beaters and parts were only ordered 2 and a half weeks down the line. With the timeline I was given I was expecting to be without a car for quite a while. To my surprise the parts arrived after just over 2 weeks. I then spoke to Brent from Strijdom Park VW to ask if there was anything he could do to have the encoding done as soon as possible. He got everyone involved and between himself, Albert the service manager and Solona from service department finished the encoding within only a few hours of receiving the vehicle. Truely amazing service. I have always received fantastic service from Strijdom Park VW and they again did not disappoint. I am so thankful</p>
