All talk no action

<p>I bought a lovely demo car from VW in Cape Town from a salesman who ensured me the best customer service and endless care forever and ever amen. I had the car financed in Jhb which meant VW would need to change the license to a Jhb license, but this seemily helpful salesman ensured me he would sort it all out. That was in November 2016 it is now June 2017 and it still hasnt been sorted out. That branch has since closed and that salesman has ****ed off without finishing the job he started...I guess its my mistake for taking someone at his word. I am now struggling to sort of the near impossible task of changing the license after many failed attempts at Jhb and Cape Town licencing departmnets. Its all in the hands of a VW branch now in JHB who seem to be beyond useless at doing this even though they supposedly do this everyday. If I had known what a ****** ridiculous admin mission this was going to be more than 6 months later I would never have bought from VW. I have also since received a fine for the outstanding license that VW should take resposnibilty to pay for, but they are not helping with that either. I will sell this car as soon as I get the new ****** license and rather use the frikken bus it has caused so much uneccessary stress. Thanks VW! </p>
