After 7 months ,car has more problems than before!

After I gave my car in at VW Hatfield on August 2014 and a lot of empty promises ,I finally got my car back - 7 months and nearly R60 000 later! First it looked like the mechanics took a bath in my car, there were grease hand stains all over the interior and they left their big oil stained carton in my boot-not something you'll expect from a professional VW dealer! In the seven months ,we got the car back 3 times and each time AFTER PAYING, the problem was still not fixed. It looked like they did not know what the problem was themselves so they replaced parts that were still in working order and still my car is not fixed. What I do not understand is that they know the problem is not fixed, but each time they give me my car back promising me that the problem is solved and I have to pay thousands of rands for NOTHING! I am sick of empty promises and people who don't know what they are doing! They did not even go through any trouble just to contact me or keep me updated. I have driven VW cars for a very long time ,but never had this **** service before. I got my car back today ,full of grease inside, an empty bank account and much more mechanical problems than what it went in for.
