Accountability
I bought the new Polo 1.0 TSi last year in Jan when it came out. Last week out of the blue the car broke down and it was told that its the clutch. I was very angry that a car thats 1 yr old has clutch issue when i have another car a 1.0 fiesta has never had clutch issues still has the original clutch and the car has over 200k km on it so i can not be my driving style that the clutch broke. Fine i needed my car back for work so i paid 17k just to have the clutch fixed today. I drove the car not even a kilometre and the cutch started smelling remember this is a “brand new” clutch that was just fitted. I immediately returned the car to VW Hillcrest and they have the nerve to say its my driving style which is beyond me since they just fixed it and put a brand new. They failing to admit that theres something with the car and im not willing to pay another 17k for another clutch. Even that price of 17k i dont believe that i was billed correctly its just way too high. I need my car fixed and properly too i paid way too much for it to brake again! My email is ***
