Accident damaged demo car
October 2014 I purchased a polo comfort line 2014 model (demo model). I was advised by the sales manager Asif Majiet that the rear bumper of the car was replaced.

After two months I was looking at getting a bigger car and went to a Toyota dealership to trade in my Polo for a (Fortuner) and was told by the Toyota dealership that my car that my cars record shows that repairs of over R60,000 and that it would affect the trade in value.

I went back to the VW several time and my complains fell on deaf ears. Two weeks ago I did rotation, balancing and wheel alignment and found that my car is pulling to the left when I drive and there is a whoop sound. I went back to the place where I did the rotation and was advised that because of my car (that was involved in an accident before I bought it) suspension my tyres have flat spots and that's the reason the car pulls to the left.

I went back to VW and told them that I want them to please take back the car and give me a new car as im paying for it and that im not happy. ASIF told me that he can give me another car but now have to pay a difference of R36000. this car went for service TWICE and still doesn't have a service book.
