ABSOLUTELY OVERJOYED

Where do I even begin! I have had quite a few cars in my life, and went to a lot of dealerships (including Audi and Mercedes benz). Never I'm my entire life have I been treated this great. I booked my CC for its annual service last week Friday for today. I arrived rather late to drop it off. Nevertheless, I was greeted with a smile (to say the least). I was dropped off less than 10 min afterwards. Charlotte phoned me 3 times during the day to keep me updated regarding the service and repairs. My car was still ready the same day and she was absolutely fantastic! Even after I picked up the car, she sent me message to say how thankful she was to have me as her customer. NEVER IN MY LIFE!! I will recommend this branch to ANYONE who enjoys being treated like family. I will be thankful to Charlotte and the servicing team at Phillwest til the day I die!
