Absolutely appalled with this vehicle

I purchased a brand new VW POLO TSI R-LINE 2019 just over a year ago from VW Princess, it was running fine for a little while, i then i had to take it in as my window wouldn't close properly, my handbrakes button was loose (which had to be repaired TWICE), the car took a while to start up (they stated it was the battery) , the whole lock/open button fell into the door.

I was driving on the highway on Saturday evening and my engine light came on, i continued driving slowly until i could get to a garage, the EPC and Engine light came on and the car shuddered so badly,it cut out in the middle of the highway which is extremely dangerous, i had to pull over and wait 4 hours for a towing company to assist. I wasn't even able to drive 500m!

How does this happen with a new vehichle? Its only done 29 000KM, I am completely unhappy with this vehicle and would appreciate it if someone could call me and arrange a new vehicle with the same mileage. I am a rep and losing income because of this!
