A nightmare unforeen disastorous service

<p>I came to VW worseter branch for my car that seen to be faulty.it was then found that it had a key lock fault.now as i sit and wait i was told that i cannot drive my car in such a condition,ask for a cortesy car because i had commitments for the day.i am told that theres no courtesy they only have one vehicle and its already out, then i will taken back home and my car wil only be fix by tomorow afternoon and i have to take a taxi back.my issue here is tgat i need my car i have a function at home 19:00, how dow do i get there,i must go for an interview tomorow morning in cape town, how do i get there? </p>
