A five hour job taking a week.

I booked in my car on Monday for repairing and replacing the car lock set. It was promised that this will be a 5 hour job and it's almost a week now. The advisor informs me that the workshop is struggling with coding the lock set which is very disappointing because, this is VW and working on a VW car. I must do the calling and inquiring. Advisor takes all day to get back to with stories and promising to get back to me again soon and never doing so.
