A faulty new car

I recently purchased my new polo vivo 1.4 trendline 2020 model on the 1st of December, the mileage now is 330km bt already my right back indicator light is not working.

I asked my husband to have it checked 0ut at VW @ NEWROAD they were reluctant to help him because we purchased the car at vw braamfontein, my husband arrived there at 10:45 and they told him to wait someone Wil come check it, nobody came, after an hour of waiting he was told that they are knocking off at 12 so we should come some other time.

I really regret my decision to purchase a polo, I thought buying a new car would be best for me as a young woman, a mother because it won't give me problems for atleast 3 years or so.
